think of some advice, encouragement, or
congratulations you can give them.

Buzzwords: Work hard, be on time, always look for ways
to advance and improve, use all of your vacation days,
strive to have a work/life balance, ask for
raises/negotiate better benefits/believe in your worth,

dress for the job you want rather than the job you have,
keep learning. You may want to add, “if it doesn't make
you happy, don't be afraid to find something else.”
