            What it means to Live-On

            Live-On: To preserve your memories, advice, personality,
            stories, and spirit for your children and their children and

            their children’s children,  and so forth resulting in your
            family feeling better, more complete, fulfilled and thankful
            for such an amazing ancestor.

                  he inspiration for the Live-On Project came a few
                  years  after  my son  was born.  Struck  by the
                  awesomeness of having a newborn, I wrote short
            notes to him, capturing written “snapshots” of any
            precious moments.  I honestly would have loved to have
            received  “real time”  notes like these from  my  own

            parents.  I felt I was letting him in on something more;
            something he was not getting from the (thousands) of
            photos we were taking.

            As my son grew, I wrote to him less, even though I felt
            the need to write him more.  I became wrapped up in
