The Live-On Project
Add extrinsic sources: A lot of books helped me along the way and I
hope you will read them too for inspiration. Some books I love are
“Miracle Morning” and “The Slight Edge.” By the time you read this,
there will be even more of a selection. Read as many personal
development books as you can. They will further your belief in yourself.
Your reality can be whatever you want it to be. Don’t feel you need to
sell yourself short. That is not to say I expect amazing things happening
from you immediately. My point is just to say that we are so lucky to be
in this world. I think the attitude of “let me try this and see what will
happen” will further you in life. There are no mistakes, just learning
experiences. So don’t be afraid of a wrong turn. One quote I always
loved is this: “I would rather regret the things I have done than always
wonder what could have been.”
Closing: This is your time. I am with you no matter what. If you are a
good person and do right by others, live each day to the fullest and
remember to have a healthy balance in life, then you will achieve all life
has to offer. Good luck to you. I love you forever and ever. And, if I
am not physically there with you on this special day, look for me in a
flower, in a chirping bird or in the sun rays. I will be there in some way.
Have fun and be grateful we had each other. I am so proud of you.
Xoxo- Mom.
P.S. If you decided not to go to college, I am just as proud of you. I
love you and I know you make good decisions! Just keep learning and
growing.
As you can see from the example, breaking your
thoughts into blocks will help you piece it together and
achieve your finished letter with less effort than you
previously thought.
