elcome to the heart of this workbook. This

section will direct and guide you from start to
finish so that you may complete your letters
with gusto! There is no limit to the number or type of
letters you may write. Each person is different, and
each family has their own unique values, stories and
beliefs to share with their kids. Use the Letter
Framework as a guide but remove any that do not fit

you, and add others that are undeniably you.

After each letter introduction below, you will see
prompts and buzzwords. The prompts provide further
instruction to explain the inclusion of a letter. The buzz
words will buzz your brain to brainstorm ideas for the
types of words, themes, and messages you may want to
include in your letter. You can actually include some of
the provided buzzwords in your letters or merely use
