Why the Live-On Project Works
Beth will be remembered by her children:

eth and David started dating in high school.
Beth was bubbly, a talented pianist, and a friend
to all. David was a quiet guy, very deep and
spiritual, he didn’t have many friends but he loved Beth.
They were the perfect match and no one knew them
like they knew each other. Their love and desire led
them to have a child early. By the time they were 20,
they had 2 young kids, Sally and Devan. Life was tough
at times and there were bills to pay, but they were
happy. Beth didn’t graduate from high school and it
bothered her so she decided to get her GED. She went
for her classes at night, after David got home from his
job that Beth’s father helped him get. One night, while
her kids were 4 and 2, Beth got in an accident and died.
Years later, David got married to Abby who had one
child. Abby is a nice woman but she doesn’t want to live
in the shadow of Beth. Under the circumstances, they
are as happy as can be. Sally and Devan don’t
remember Beth. They have seen pictures of her but
their “mom” is Abby. If David is in the mood, he will tell
a story about Beth. But lately, he is so busy at work and
Abby doesn’t want to hear the stories as she thinks it is
confusing to them, so David slowly stops talking about
