Motivation to Do What

                           You Want to Do

A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an
optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.
                                                 -Sir Winston Churchill

Four Good Practices to Turn Your
                     Procrastination into Success

            L
ike most people, you may want to start this
project at that (fictional) point in time “when you
finally catch up” or “finally get a break.”
Unfortunately, that “free time” does not exist until you
create it. Your brain has a success mechanism but also

a very powerful failure mechanism. Thus, our brains
are tempted to take the path of least resistance. We
tend to pick the fun or easy things rather than the
things that are less fun, but very important.

You purchased this workbook to create your own
legacy, and I want to make sure you complete what you
            set out to do.
