The Live-On Project

four options for each hour, but must choose where to
            focus your attention.

To get these letters done and achieve a higher peace of
mind, you have options. You can carve out a portion of
each day to work towards your goals, you can agree to
produce one letter per morning, or you can produce all
in one weekend. Whatever option you choose, take out
your phone or your calendar, and SCHEDULE THAT

TIME. Writing down your actual goals means your
desires are not just hopes or wishes. We need a wish,
decision to commit, goal, written goal, deadline to
complete that goal, and only then will we find success.

at a time. Choose the letter; carve out time each day to
write it; determine if it will take you 15 minutes, one
hour or working on a little each week; and begin.

Option B: Write one letter a day.

Option C: Take one weekend, sit down with your spouse,
partner, or anyone helping you to raise your kids, and

            fire the letters out.

Good Practice 3. Have Good Practices.

Starting any new project simply takes a little discipline
and strengthening your willpower. Most good practices
start in the morning, when your mind is clear, you are
