But, we have more time than we know. We all have the
same hours each day, but some people seem to
accomplish more. How do those people do it? Some
people use their time a little more wisely. We do not
realize how the minutes add up--the mindless chatter at
the water cooler, watching TV, cruising social media,
responding to phone calls and email dings like a trained
dog, and lots of other things that we all do inefficiently,
such as multi-tasking. But what’s more, there is the
failure to start your day right which then bleeds into the
rest of your day, putting you at a disadvantage from
which you cannot recover. After decades of
oversleeping, I can tell you that the simple decision to
get up earlier can make the difference.

Good Practice 2. Form clear goals
The ability to discipline yourself and write or record
these audios requires setting clear goals. Having good
intentions to write them, and no goal as to when you will
achieve the task will not work. There are very few times
you are sitting there with your thumbs twiddling
figuring out what you can possibly do with yourself!
